According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", for the purpose of ensuring single approach and enhancement of the organization of conducting judicial examinations and expert researches in the State Border Service of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for appointment and conducting judicial examinations and expert researches of passport documents by expert service of the State Border Service of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of 23.06.2004 No. 484 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for appointment and conducting judicial examinations and expert researches of passport documents in Separate department of criminalistic researches of passport documents of the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.07.2004 for No. 881/9480 (with changes).
3. To provide to the chief of Research institution of the State Border Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on first the deputy Golova of the State Border Service of Ukraine is directors of the department of protection of frontier.
5. Bring the order to permission of staff of the State Border Service of Ukraine in part which concerns it.
