About measures for enhancement of system of attraction and effective use of means of the international financial institutions, the foreign government financial organizations and the donor countries

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of attraction and effective use of the credits and loans of the international financial institutions, the foreign government financial organizations and the donor countries the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Form Interdepartmental council concerning cooperation with the international financial institutions, the organizations and the donor countries, implementation of large and strategically important investment projects under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in structure according to the appendix N 1.

Determine the based tasks of Interdepartmental council:

development of offers on the main priorities, directions and programs of cooperation with the international financial institutions, foreign government financial organizations and donor countries;

development of offers on the most effective use of the involved investments of the international financial institutions, the organizations and the donor countries for development of industries and spheres of economy, regions of the republic;

coordination of work of managing directors from the Republic of Uzbekistan at the international financial institutions, and also the ministries and departments responsible for projects implementation with participation of the international financial institutions, project implementation teams, bodies of examination, including control of timely provision of expert opinions according to project, tender and contractual documentation;
