About the actions connected with questions of refugees and displaced persons

For accomplishment of the resolution of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic "About entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of refugees and displaced persons" of September 29, 1992 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve the Provision of the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons of the Azerbaijan Republic provided by this Committee and approved by the relevant organizations it (is applied).

2. Charge to the State committee on economic planning, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, to the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons, to the Ministry of Justice to provide within one week to the Cabinet of Ministers of the offer on creation of the fund of the help to refugees and displaced persons provided in article 9 of the Law "About the Status of Refugees and Displaced Persons" and its Charter.

Determine that the providing established by the Law for refugees and displaced persons, including expenses of special residences which will be organized for them fare to the residence and transportation of property, free of charge issued drugs and other services is compensated from fund of the help to refugees and displaced persons which will be created at the expense of different sources.

Charge to the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons to develop the rules of issue of these payments approved with the republican Ministry of Finance from fund of the help.
