1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of import permits to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives, including the animal species referred to category rare and which are under the threat of disappearance.

2. Declare invalid the following orders:

1) the order of the Chairman of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2006 No. 16-6/69p "About approval of Rules of issue of export permits out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan of fishes, their parts and derivatives" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4259, No. 123 published in the Legal newspaper of July 6, 2006 (1103);

2) the order of the Chairman of Committee of forest and hunting economy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 23, 2006 No. 121 "About approval of Rules of issue of import permits and export of objects of fauna (except fish and other water animals), their parts and derivatives, including the animal species referred to category rare and being under the threat of disappearance" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4321, No. 149 published in the Legal newspaper of August 16, 2006 (1129) and in the Legal newspaper of September 22, 2006 No. 170 (1150);

These rules of issue of import permits to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives, including the animal species referred to category rare and being under the threat of disappearance (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna".
