I. General provisions

1.1. This Provision is prepared based on the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About grain" and Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 15, 2000 No. 370 "About ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About grain" and of October 23, 2003 No. 959 and establishes rules of implementation of the state control of the minimum quality and safety of grain products (further - the state control).

1.2. The purpose of the state control is ensuring compliance with requirements of the technical regulatory legal acts by subjects of grain activities in the field of food safety regulating production, delivery, storage, transportation, realization, import and export of grain products.
