For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 8) of Item 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state support of innovative activities", I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the Standard agreement of innovative grant.

2. To department of innovative policy of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration to provide in the procedure established by the legislation its official publication in mass media.

3. To impose control of implementation of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rayev N. T.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
