About approval of the Procedure for execution of the document which grants the right to foreigners and stateless persons on crossing of frontier of Ukraine within local boundary movement

According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.02.99 N 227 "About implementation of new procedure for execution of visa documents for entry into Ukraine" (with changes) and of 22.02.2008 N 64 "Questions of execution of the document which grants the right to the simplified crossing by foreigners and stateless persons of frontier of Ukraine" (with changes) I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for execution of the document which grants the right to foreigners and stateless persons to crossing of frontier of Ukraine within local boundary movement it (is applied).

2. To submit to department of consular service MFA this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of consular service MFA.

4. To department of the general secretariat to bring this order to permission of heads of structural divisions the MFA, representations the MFA in the territory of Ukraine and foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
