About approval of the Procedure for transfer of the acts acquis communautaire into Ukrainian

According to the Regulations on State department concerning adaptation of the legislation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.12.2004 N 1742 (with changes), and for the purpose of enhancement of work of State department concerning adaptation of the legislation concerning implementation of task on the organization of scientific and expert, analytical, information and methodological support of accomplishment of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of the acts acquis communautaire into Ukrainian which is applied.

2. In a month since the publication of this order to provide to State department concerning adaptation of the legislation (Zerkal O. V.) reduction in compliance with this order of the organizational ordering acts.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 08.06.2005 N 56/5 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer of the acts acquis communautaire into Ukrainian", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 08.06.2005 for N 642/10922.

4. To submit to State department concerning adaptation of the legislation (Zerkal O. V.) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with the changes made according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 21.05.98 of N 493).

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. V. Lutkovskaya.
