Questions of realization of the state anti-corruption policy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of conducting anti-corruption examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts (further - anti-corruption examination).

2. Drafts of the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the central executive bodies are subject to anti-corruption examination (further - drafts of regulatory legal acts).

3. The main tasks of anti-corruption examination consist in determination of availability or lack of corruptogenic factors which set of regulations which promote is or can promote making of corruption offenses, and provision of recommendations concerning their elimination.

4. Projects which regulation subject, in particular, is belong to drafts of regulatory legal acts with potentially high degree of corruption risks:

the relations connected with accomplishment of decisions, including individual nature which subject is determination of the rights, freedoms, obligations of man and citizen and methods of their realization;

management of objects of the state-owned or utility property, their alienation;

questions of customs affairs, tax and financial policy;

establishment of procedures of auctions, tenders concerning alienation or purchase of goods, works and services;
