to the lawyer who successfully passed tests the standard certificate is issued;
the violation by the lawyer of requirements of the legislation on legal profession expressed in non-realization of increase in the professional qualification by it within the last three years is the basis for cancellation of its license for the occupation right lawyer activities according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
