1. These rules of implementation of monitoring of use of renewable energy resources (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2009 "About support of use of renewable energy resources" (further - the Law) and determine procedure of monitoring of use of renewable energy resources (further - RES).
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) monitoring of use of VISAS - systematic collection, accounting and information analysis about energy potential of VISAS and results of use of VISAS to production of electrical and (or) heat energy;
