I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on execution of the state function on licensing of development, production of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools of information and telecommunication systems (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of actions (ministerial procedures) in case of execution of the state function by licensing of development, production of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools of information and telecommunication systems (further - the state function).
