According to requirements of the subitem 33 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 No. 1542, and for the purpose of enhancement of professional level of professionals with the higher not medical education which work in health care system I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. The regulations on carrying out certification of professionals with the higher not medical education which work in health care system (further - the Provision) (are applied).

1.2. The nomenclature of specialties of professionals with the higher not medical education which work in health care system (further - the Nomenclature of specialties) it (is applied).

2. To heads of bodies, institutions, organizations, organizations and companies of health care of Ukraine of all patterns of ownership during 2009 through certifying commissions to provide assignment to professionals with the higher not medical education which work in health care system, qualification categories on the specialties provided by the Nomenclature of specialties after passing of precertification cycles (further - PATs).

3. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of managements (head departments) of health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, chief state health officers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, water, rail, air transport, heads of institutions of health care, directly subordinates to the Ministry of Health:

3.1. Create till 30.11.2009 certifying commissions according to the Provision approved by subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this order.
