In pursuance of provisions of Art. 11 of h (2) the item c) of the Law N 982-XIV of 11.05.2000 on information access (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, N 88-90 of 28.07.2000), and also for the purpose of determination of the main conditions of collection, warehousing, implementation of access and provision of information which is in ownership of the National commission on securities, the National commission on securities DECIDES:
