1. Approve the Order of registration of release of option certificates and the prospectus of their issue it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
The rules of release and the circulation of share derivatives approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 24.06.97 No. 13;
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 13.04.99 No. 70 "About streamlining of release and the circulation of derivatives", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.04.99 for No. 260/3553;
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 20.11.2001 No. 336 "About entering of amendment into the Rules of release and the circulation of share derivatives approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 24.06.97 No. 13", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.11.2001 for No. 997/6188.
