According to part one Items 6 and 10 of Article 9, parts two and third article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine" and for the purpose of providing producers of agricultural products with reliable information about consumer properties of technical means, forming of databank for acceptance of reasoned management decisions I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the state reception testing of technical means for agro-industrial complex of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Approve the Procedure for carrying out registration of the technical means recommended for application in agro-industrial complex of Ukraine which is applied.
3. To provide to department of engineering facilities (Datsenko M. S.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Shevchenko O. O.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
