2. (T. Burtnyak) in three-day time to provide to department of sale of real estate objects provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of sale of real estate objects (T. Burtnyak) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice to submit it within ten-day term in Department of official printing publications and the international integration (N. Putivskaya) for publication in "The state newsletter on privatization".
4. This order becomes effective in ten days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the acting vice-chairman of Fund O. Shmulyar.
