About approval of the Regulations on representations of the state customers in the field of defense at the companies, in organizations and the organizations

According to part two of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense purchases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on representations of the state customers in the field of defense at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which is applied.

2. Paragraph two of Item 7 of the Regulations on representations of the general customer - the National space agency of Ukraine at the companies of space industry approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2000 No. 908 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 23, Art. 952), to state in the following edition:

"Performance of works on quality control and acceptances of defense products is performed by representations of the general customer according to Regulations on representations of the state customers by the defense order at the companies, organizations and the organizations which affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 1999 No. 279 "About approval of the Regulations on military of representation at the companies, in organizations and the organizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 57, the Art. 1927);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 482 "About amendment of Item 2 of the Regulations on military representations at the companies, in organizations and the organizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 52, the Art. 1765);

item 4 of changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 2, 2006 No. 1529.
