About some measures for economical use of electrical energy

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 24, 2009 and for the purpose of effective and economical use of electrical energy the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides No. 653:

1) to Prohibit import to the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of electric glow lamps.

2) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve the list and codes of electric glow lamps according to the Commodity nomenclature of external economic activity which import to the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan is forbidden and to register it in accordance with the established procedure.

3) to the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Public service on supervision in the field of power to provide to standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection control of execution of this resolution.

This resolution to enact 4) since October 1, 2009.

5) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.
