According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About migration" and for the purpose of the solution of demographic problems, the organizations of new workplaces and material living conditions to citizens the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides strengthenings of internal (voluntary) migration of able-bodied population from land-poor and densely populated areas to the valleys of the republic having laylands and on its basis creation of new modern settlements and villages:
1) to Approve the Plan of internal migration of able-bodied population from land-poor and densely mountainous areas to the valleys of the republic having laylands for 2010-2012 (further - the Plan) (is attached).
2) to provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan together with local executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas, the ministries and departments timely accomplishment of the Plan.
3) to Chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas of the republic:
- provide resettlement of internal migrants to new residences based on the provided lists in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan during 2010-2012;
- annually till November 1 in accordance with the established procedure to determine new places of resettlement of migrants and till March 1 to complete all preparatory activities on resettlement according to the Plan;
- for the purpose of prevention of not planned internal migration to conduct work on resettlement of able-bodied population only on approval and coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
