Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on emergency situations of March 3, 2003 No. 139 "About approval of Rules of provision of petitions for assignment from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financing of actions for liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2224, No. 23-24, of Art. 852 is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003.).
3. To provide to department of the prevention of emergency situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in mass media in the procedure established by the legislation.
