1. Increase since December 1, 2009 the salary sizes to employees of budgetary institutions and organizations, pensions and social benefits, grants on average in time 1,12.

2. Establish since December 1, 2009 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan the minimum sizes:

the salary - 37 680 sum a month;

old-age pensions - 74 660 sum a month;

the initial (zero) category on single scale of charges - 37 680 sum a month;

benefits to disabled people since the childhood in the amount of 74 660 sum a month;

old-age benefits and to the disabled citizens who do not have necessary length of service in the amount of 45 220 sum a month.

3. Determine that all types of allowances and surcharges to the salary, and also pension, benefits to mothers on child care before achievement of age by it two years, benefit to families with children, the compensation and other payments established in the relation to minimum wage are made since December 1, 2009 from the size of minimum wage determined by this Decree.

4. Determine that increase since December 1, 2009 in all types of pensions on average in 1,12 of time is made taking into account their recalculation according to the current legislation, having provided at the same time equalization of the sizes of the pensions granted till January 1, 1991 and in the years ahead.

To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ten-day time to develop and approve procedure for recalculation of pensions and to establish the specific amount of increase in all types of pensions.
