1. This Provision according to the Air code of the Republic of Uzbekistan determines procedure for opening of the airports (airfields) for civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the international flights of aircrafts.
2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:
the airport - the complex of constructions intended for acceptance and sending aircrafts, servicing of airborne transportations and having airfield, air terminal, other constructions, and also the necessary equipment for these purposes;
airfield - specially equipped site terrestrial or surface of the water with the buildings located on it, constructions and the equipment, intended fully or partially for arrival, departure and movement on this surface of aircrafts;
