About Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical and heat energy for 2010-2012
For the purpose of ensuring sustainable development, stable and reliable functioning of electric power industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also creation of conditions for investment attraction the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical and heat energy for 2010-2012.
2. To Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- till November 25, 2009 to approve rates for electrical and heat energy for final consumers according to this resolution, and also holiday and purchased rates between the energy companies;
- together with public administrations of areas, the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh to take measures for explanation of the tariff policy pursued by the state in energy industry;
- to quarterly submit in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the report on accomplishment of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical and heat energy for 2010-2012 for last period and to make offers on the measures necessary for its successful realization further;
- till January 1, 2010 to develop the Business plan on installation of metering devices by the power companies on advance payment and to make offers in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Central development, investments agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and innovations;
- by 2011 together with open joint stock companies "Power Plants", "Severelektro", "Oshelektro", "Vostokelektro", "Zhalalabatelektro", "Bishkekteploset", the state company "Kyrgyzzhilkommunsoyuz", the utility company "Bishkekteploenergo" to provide realization of electrical and heat energy on the terms of advance payment;
