According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.12.2003 N 1989 "Omission questions through frontier of automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of carriers and goods which move them" we ORDER:
1. Approve Technology of border and customs control at check points (control Items) through frontier for railway service it (is applied).
2. To provide to management of border control and registration of Administration of State frontier service of Ukraine submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
3. To management of international cooperation and concerning the European integration of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine and to Department of the international activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine both boundary and customs authorities of the states, adjacent to Ukraine, on requirements of this order after its state registration.
4. To provide to chiefs of regional governments, chiefs of bodies of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine, chiefs of customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, chiefs of the railroads of Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine accomplishment of provisions of this order.
5. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
