In pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.08.2009 to No. 812 "About approval of the Procedure for expenditure, storage, the circulation of special forms of notarial documents and the reporting on their use and the description and sample of such form", according to Item 2 of this Procedure and Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2006 No. 1577, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of special forms of notarial documents which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 29.06.99 No. 36/5 "About implementation of actions for protection of notarially processed documents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.07.99 for No. 437/3730 (with changes).
3. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 03.03.2004 No. 20/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 03.03.2004 for No. 283/8882 (with changes) who are applied.
4. Accomplishment of functions on the organization of production, delivery to offices of notary public, the Public notarial Records Offices, private notaries, primary accounting of delivery to assign destruction of the damaged, cancelled and defective special forms of notarial documents to the state company "National Information Systems".
