1. Approve the enclosed Rules of reference of medicines to prescription or non-prescription dispensing.

2. To provide to committee of control of medical and pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) entering into the "State Register of Medicines, Products of Medical Appointment and Medical Equipment" database of data on belonging of medicines to prescription or non-prescription dispensing.

3. To department of administrative and legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bismildin F. B.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order after its state registration.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Chairman of Committee of pharmacy, the pharmaceutical and medical industry of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2004 No. 26 "About approval of the Instruction for determination of the medicines which are subject to leave according to the recipe and without recipe of the doctor" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 2734, No. 18 published in the Ofitsialnaya Gazeta newspaper of April 30, 2004 (175).
