2. To committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ospanov K. S.) direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of administrative and legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bismildin F. B.) provide in the procedure established by the law official publication of this order after its state registration.
4. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2003 No. 377 "About approval of Rules about procedure for submission of reports by tobacco product manufacturers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 2356, No. 26) is published in the Ofitsialnaya Gazeta newspaper of June 28, 2003.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Voshchenkova T. A.
6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of the first official publication.
