Based on Item 73 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by the State committee on property and the organizations subordinated to it concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of November 21, 2007 No. 1578 "About approval of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by the State committee on property and the organizations subordinated to it concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2004 No. 689", and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve form of the list of property and the property rights which are part of the company as property complex, according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
