being guided by the legislation and the international obligations of the states, for the purpose of the cooperation increase between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of courier communication determined by the Agreement on Intergovernmental courier communication of January 22, 1993 (further - the Agreement of 1993),
agreed as follows:
The parties cooperate for the purpose of the organization of delivery between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus of shipments of the state organizations which are not determined by the Agreement of 1993 including with the announced value (further - correspondence), along the operating courier routes of competent authorities of the Parties (if necessary the courier rather).
For the purpose of implementation of this agreement the cooperation of the Parties is directly performed by the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation and the Public courier service of the Republic of Belarus under the Ministry of Communications and Informatization (daleekompetentny bodies).
In case of change of the official name of competent authorities of the Party without delay will notify on this each other through diplomatic channels.
The specific directions of cooperation are determined by agreements of competent authorities on this agreement procedure.
