aiming to create mutually advantageous conditions for mutual trade and trade with the third countries,

setting the task to provide protection of national interests of the Parties,

being guided by the purposes and the principles of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and rocket means of its delivery,

considering that export control is necessary first of all for ensuring national security of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will cooperate concerning export control of separate material types, the equipment, technologies and services which can be used in case of development and creation of weapons of mass destruction and rocket means of its delivery, and also other types of arms and military equipment.

Article 2

The parties will realize this agreement according to the legislation of the states and obligations following from this agreement.

Article 3

The parties will unify the national legal systems of the states regulating foreign trade activity concerning the separate material types, the equipment, technologies and services which are subject to export control of the Parties and specified in Article 1 of this agreement, being guided by the principle of comprehensive control for the purpose of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and rocket means of its delivery.
