About Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" and the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for ensuring implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 26, 2009, being guided by articles 11, of the 12th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on Fonda of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the scheme of management of Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that the Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Fund of the state material reserves under the State public procurements agency and material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take the measures following from this resolution;

- make offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 28, 2006 No. 129 "Questions of the State agency on public procurements and material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
