About approval of the Instruction concerning filling of form of the state statistical observation No. 1-AP "The report on hearing of cases on the administrative offenses and faces brought to the administrative responsibility"

1. Approve the Instruction concerning filling of form of the state statistical observation N 1-AP "The report on hearing of cases on the administrative offenses and faces brought to the administrative responsibility" which is applied.

2. To respondents when filling form of the state statistical observation N 1-AP "The report on hearing of cases on the administrative offenses and faces brought to the administrative responsibility" to use the Instruction approved by this order.

3. To department of statistics of services (Kalacheva I. V.):

3.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3.2. Bring the Instruction approved by this order to permission of territorial authorities of the state statistics.

4. Declare invalid the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine from

22.09.2008 N 338 "About approval of the Instruction concerning filling and provision of form of the state statistical observation N 1-AP "The report on hearing of cases on the administrative offenses and faces brought to the administrative responsibility", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.10.2008 for N 1002/15693.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
