According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and for the purpose of realization of single tariff policy in the field of passenger motor transportations I ORDER:

1. Approve the Method of calculation of rates for services of passenger road transport which is applied.

2. Public administration of road transport (Logutov K. V.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chairman of Public administration of road transport Kravchuk P. K.

Method of calculation of rates for services of passenger road transport

I. General provisions

1.1. This Technique determines the mechanism of forming of rates for services in transportation of passengers on bus routes public, bus routes of special transportations and bus routes of irregular transportations, and also rates for services in transportation of passengers in taxi and cars to order and is applied by executive bodies, local government bodies and automobile carriers irrespective of their departmental subordination, pattern of ownership and form of business of managing (further - Carriers).
