About some questions of marking (remarking) of alcoholic products accounting and control brands

According to article 653 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Enter since April 1, 2010 marking of alcoholic products, except for wine material and beer, accounting and control brands of new sample:

for alcoholic products of national production according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

for the imported alcoholic products according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Resolve implementation of marking of alcoholic products the accounting and control brands entered since April 15, 2007, not marked by accounting and control brands of new sample till May 31, 2010.

3. Till March 1, 2011 in the procedure established by the legislation to perform remarking of the alcoholic products marked by the accounting and control brands entered since April 15, 2007.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.07.2015 No. 573

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
