About approval of the Regulations on appointment and payment of monthly monetary pay to the working judges

According to requirements of article 126 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system of Ukraine", article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of judges" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.09.2005 N 865 "About compensation and monthly monetary pay of judges" I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on appointment and payment of monthly monetary pay to the working judges (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of Public judicial administration of Ukraine of 25.08.2005 N 94 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of monthly monetary pay to the working judges and monthly perpetual monetary pay to judges in resignation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.11.2005 for N 1314/11594.

3. To submit to department concerning refereeing (Gayduchenko V. D.) this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of Regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

4. To department concerning refereeing (Gayduchenko V. D.) to bring this order and the Provision to permission of chairmen of Appeal Courts of the general jurisdiction, local economic, administrative and public courts, chiefs of territorial administrations of GSA.

5. To chiefs of territorial administrations of GSA to bring this order and the Provision to permission of chairmen district, district in the cities, city, gorrayonny courts.
