About approval of the Procedure for conducting registration and the register of residents of the special economic zone, the Form of the registration certificate of the special economic zone and the Approximate application form represented by physical persons and legal entities for passing of registration to administrations of the special economic zone, and the list of the documents enclosed to the application

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Items 1.4 and 1.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 3, 2009 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About special economic zones" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 101:

1. Approve "Procedure for conducting registration and the register of residents of the special economic zone" (Appendix No. 1).

2. Approve "Form of the registration certificate of the special economic zone" (Appendix No. 2).

3. Approve "The approximate application form, represented by physical persons and legal entities for passing of registration to administrations of the special economic zone, and the list of the documents enclosed to the application" (Appendix No. 3).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
