1. Approve the Instruction about the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of the BISS system (system of instant payments), the automated information system of execution of monetary commitments it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2002 No. 382 "About approval of the Instruction about the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of interbank calculations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 141, 8/8854);
the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2005 No. 213 "About modification and amendments in the Instruction about the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of interbank calculations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 124, 8/12951).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
