About the State program of support of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus for 2010-2012

1. Approve the enclosed State program of support of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus for 2010-2012 * (further - the State program).
To the Ministry of Economics to bring the State program to interested.

2. Determine the state customers of the State program the Ministry of Economics, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, the coordinator - the Ministry of Economics.
3. To perform financing of actions of the State program at the expense of the means planned for these purposes in republican and local budgets for the corresponding financial (budget) year and also other sources, stipulated by the legislation.
4. Recommend to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to develop and approve on the basis of the State program regional programs of the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship for 2010-2012.
5. To represent to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to the Ministry of Economics to the 10th following reporting quarter, the report on accomplishment of the actions of the State program assigned to them.
6. To the Ministry of Economics annually till February 25 of the year following reporting to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the course of accomplishment of the State program.
7. To impose control over the implementation of the State program on the Ministry of Economics.
8. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
