For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 595 "About approval of the major parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2010", the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2009 "About the republican budget for 2010" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed joint action plan of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank on achievement of parameters of the forecast of social and economic development, the budget and the Main directions of monetary policy of the Republic of Belarus for 2010 * (further - the joint action plan).

2. To provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, National Bank, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom accomplishment of the joint action plan and quarterly to the 10th following reporting quarter, to inform the Ministry of Economics on the course of its realization.
3. To the Ministry of Economics:
in 10-day time to bring the joint action plan to contractors;
together with other republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus National Bank, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom quarterly to consider accomplishment of the joint action plan and to the 20th following reporting quarter, to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
