About approval of the Instruction for prevention and liquidation pseudo-monose of bird

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", the Regulations on the State committee of veterinary medicine of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2007 No. 1075, and for the purpose of ensuring epizootic wellbeing in ptitsekhozyaystvo of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for prevention and liquidation pseudo-monose of bird (further - the Instruction) which is applied.

2. To submit to the state center of veterinary medicine of poultry farming this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to provide its replication and posylaniye to organizations of veterinary medicine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. To chiefs of head departments of veterinary medicine of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring this Instruction to permission of territorial authorities of management of the State committee of veterinary medicine of Ukraine and to provide control of its accomplishment.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
