About enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia"
The Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Enact the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia" since December 1, 1990.
2. Until reduction of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia" the existing acts of the republican legislation are applied as they do not contradict this Law. At the same time the decisions of the government of the Republic of Armenia published before enforcement of this Law on questions which according to the Law can be regulated only by legal acts are effective until adoption of the corresponding legal acts.
3. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia" is applied to the legal relationship which arose after enforcement of the Law that is since December 1, 1990.
On the legal relationship which arose till December 1, 1990. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia" is applied to those rights and obligations which will arise after enforcement of the Law.
Provisions of Item 2 of article 12 of the specified Law extend to the legal relationship which arose both to and after December 1, 1990.
4. Provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property in the Republic of Armenia", belonging to state-owned property: republican property and property of administrative-territorial educations, become effective in process of differentiation of property between the specified property types.
