Questions of prevention and identification of corruption in executive bodies

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of executive bodies in the field of prevention and anti-corruption the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Standard regulations on division of executive body concerning prevention and identification of corruption which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recommend to heads of the ministries, other central executive bodies, chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations taking into account requirements of the Standard provision approved by this resolution to form and provide functioning of divisions concerning prevention and identification of corruption within the total number of employees of central office of the ministries, other central executive bodies, the office of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
