1. Determine that Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic - state body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, having the status of the state law enforcement agency, being the body performing identification, the prevention, suppression, disclosure and investigation of economic types of the crimes committed in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Regulations on service in bodies of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Scheme of management of Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid the Presidential decree KR of February 15, 2010 unitary enterprise No. 50.

4. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- resolve all organizational, financial and other matters connected with transformation of Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree and take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

5. To public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and introduce the drafts of regulatory legal acts following from this Decree.

6. Recognize invalid Items 1 and 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2008 as No. 200.

7. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Service of the Counselor of state of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning defense, safety and law and order of Institute of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
