Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2009 No. 26-p "About approval of the standard of rendering special social services in the field of social protection of the population" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5566, published in "The legal newspaper" of March 13, 2009, No. 38).

3. To department of the public assistance and social services (Manabayeva K. A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in mass media in the procedure established by the legislation.

1. General provisions

1. The standard of rendering special social services in the field of social protection of the population (further - the Standard) is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2008 "About special social services".

3) the social and psychological services providing correction of psychological state of children and persons 18 years of age or over, directed to their social adaptation, socialization and integration taking into account their individual requirements;

4) the social and pedagogical services directed on:

pedagogical correction and training of children taking into account their physical capacities and mental capacities;

6. List of social services:

1) all types provided in the conditions of the organizations:

rendering social services of the individual servicing and hygienic nature to the children and persons 18 years of age or over incapable for health reasons to perform regular everyday procedures, including such actions how to get up, go to bed, to put on and undress, wash, to eat food, to drink, use toilet or the vessel, to move, look after teeth or jaw, to use points or hearing aids, to cut nails, to men - to shave beard and moustaches;

2) provided in the conditions of the organization of stationary type:

provision of living space, including for bedrooms at least 4 square meters on the child and at least 5 square meters is one person more senior than 18 years;

provision of the rooms equipped with furniture and (or) the specialized equipment for the organization of rehabilitation, medical, educational, cultural actions, departure of religious practices and adaptation in life;
