1. Determine the following cases of import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the medicines, medical products as the humanitarian assistance which did not undergo state registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the prevention and mitigation of consequences of the emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan creating threat for life and health of the population;
2) prevention and treatment of especially dangerous infectious and parasitic diseases;
3) treatment of orphan (rare) diseases.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
