Requirements of industrial safety in case of production of spongy titanium and titanic powders (further - Requirements) extend to production of spongy titanium and titanic powders, designing, construction, operation, reconstruction, expansion, modernization, preservation, liquidation of production of spongy titanium and titanic powders, production, installation, adjustment, servicing and repair of technical devices, is performed taking into account these Requirements.

2. Taking into account these Requirements in the organizations are developed:

1) production schedules;

2) regulations on production supervision;

3) liquidation plan of accidents.

3. In case of change of engineering procedures, schemes of communications before implementation of changes the corresponding amendments approved by the technical lead of the organization are introduced in production in the specified documents.

Chapter 2. Requirements to production sites, buildings, constructions and rooms
