1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of holding the planned actions connected with the state supervision (control) of observance of procedure for forming, establishment and use of the prices (rates) according to appendix is determined.
2. To the Ministry of Economics to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
