According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" I ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on protection of property and citizens (are applied).

2. Under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Gritsak V. M.) to provide to department of Public service of protection submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the police colonel general of Ukraine Savchenko O. I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
