Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 1, 2009 No. 505 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on protection of property and citizens", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2009 for No. 1248/17264.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine according to functional obligations.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
